Pre-IPO Insider: The First Real Solution To Reckless Driving

This is BIG… For the first time since 1933, the SEC is now allowing regular people like you and me to invest in brand-new explosive-growth companies BEFORE THEY GO PUBLIC. Imagine getting in on the next Facebook for 33 cents a share or the next Apple at 78 cents. In StreetAuthority’s Pre-IPO Millionaire, I vet six to eight deals like this one each month, and offer my exclusive in-depth analysis of a single opportunity that I believe could return 1,000% or more. The leading cause of teenage fatalities in the United States is car accidents — not guns or drugs, but automobile collisions. Nearly 40,000 people of all ages lost their lives in car accidents last year, on top of the 4.4 million people that needed medical assistance after an accident.

The U.S. Department of Transportation estimates that 94% of these accidents were a result of human error — speeding and reckless and distracted driving.

#-ad_banner-#With estimated costs of $847 billion a year for accidents and related injuries, America desperately needs a solution.

To date, the only advances have been in monitoring a driver’s habits to better price insurance. A few companies have monitoring software that offers accident alerts and assistance, but that’s all after the fact.

Now one company has developed a solution that can actually help prevent accidents — technology that prevents speeding and alerts parents to their teen’s reckless driving.

You can’t buy shares in the stock market. This is still a private company.

But you can get a piece of the action as a pre-IPO investor.

The First Real Solution To Teen Speeding And Reckless Driving
ITFT (Innovative Technology for Transportation) has a simple mission: prevent car accidents and save lives. ITFT’s patented Safe Driving System (SDS) can be used in any car made after 1996 to help prevent speeding, reckless and distracted driving through a series of apps that monitor the vehicle.

More than just a monitoring system, the SDS is the only plugin with speed prevention and a panic button that can integrate with ride-sharing services Uber and Lyft.

ITFT is currently targeting the parent and teenage driver market but the product has applications for insurance, business fleets and rental car companies. Parents can turn on or off the applications they want to use, including selecting a speed threshold and setting advanced monitoring.

The pilot program for the device will be completed this summer. A full launch is expected by fall. Even without the additional features, ITFT is priced competitively against existing monitoring products.

The ITFT team counts multiple outside advisors, including one that has served as the CEO to nine startups and with a proven track record for creating high-value companies. ITFT has patent applications in multiple countries and regions to protect intellectual property including the United States, Canada and Europe.

Any investor can get in on ITFT for as little as $200 on the StartEngine crowdfunding portal. The company is raising up to $1 million through a common share offer at $10 per share and has a valuation of $9.6 million based on the outstanding share count if the crowdfunding campaign raises the maximum amount.

As with all investments, I encourage you to do your own due diligence. I haven’t yet done the detailed market and valuation analysis on ITFT that I do for the companies featured in Pre-IPO Millionaire but the company is on my radar. For more information on Pre-IPO Millionaire, click here.
